How easy is it to clean the product?
A: The
product has been designed for ease of use and
cleaning. The lid has been designed for easy
detachment (if and when required) and simply snaps
back into place. This feature helps to easily load and
unload the unit into a dishwasher. We recommend top
rack only when placed in the dishwasher. The product
is also easily cleaned with soap & water and has
been designed with smooth surfaces so water and food
particles cannot be trapped.
Q:
How long will the product last and how durable is the
unit?
A: The product has been designed and
manufactured using only the best materials and
manufacturing processes. The LunchPod will last for
many years. Our data shows that the product can last
more then 5 years with proper care. The LunchPod has
been tested for over 300 heat-dried dishwasher washes.
If your seal gets warped or damaged in less than a
year, please email us with your order information and
we will replace it free!
Q:
Is the LunchPod a “Green, Eco-Friendly Product”?
A:
Yes. The LunchPod has been formulated with a
custom material, which helps to improve thermal
performance while reducing the amount of materials
used in the manufacturing process. This proprietary
formulation reduces as much as 25 % of the plastic
resin material. All of the materials used in our
products are recyclable and have been identified with
the applicable material codes and meets all North
American recycling requirements. In addition the use
of the LunchPod will greatly reduce the amount of
secondary packaging typically used in food preparation
and storage. The high quality and durability of the
product will ensure long- term use, thus greatly
reducing landfill.
Q:
Is the LunchPod safe for microwave use and are the
materials safe?
A: Yes.
The materials meet / exceed FDA requirements and are
safe for microwave use. You can be assured that only
quality materials are used in the manufacturing of
this product. Our company is registered and is
certified to ISO – 9000 standards and is compliant
to ISO- T.S. 16949 quality systems. Please read and
follow the instruction sheet provide with each unit
prior to use.

How does this product promote & help me with my

A: The LunchPod is unique in its design and
approach. Each compartment in its various sizes helps
with the organization and presentation of food items.
Research conducted, proves that there is a significant
improvement to healthy eating when all of the food
items are presented at once. This allows for a more
balanced approach to nutrition and the compartments
help to regulate portion size. Food

to use, how?
A: The LunchPod has many
features to help with the challenges and demands of
every day life. An easy open and close latch, sealed
compartments and durable impact resistant materials
that are easy to clean are just the start. No more
lost lids and trying to match the lid to the container
like most Tupperware, Glad or Ziploc containers.
Soiled lunch bags / backpacks are a thing of the past
as loose food and open containers is eliminated. Each
LunchPod is designed to stack on top of each other in
order to keep a neat and tidy shelf during storage.

Where is the product made? Does the material contain
dangerous lead or BPA?

The LunchPod is 100% North American made. The
resin is FDA approved resin from the USA and the
product is manufactured and assembled in Canada. The
LunchPod has absolutely NO lead or BPA in its resins.

Do you offer refunds and returns? Yes
we offer refunds, we do NOT accept any return product
you will waste your money on shipping if you return
the product. We offer refunds minus the cost of
shipping and a 20% restocking fee unless you prove the
product was faulty before you used it (e.g.
photographs of a broken POD). You must request a
